Why doesn’t my campaign appear in the dropdown?

If you can’t find your campaign in the dropdown, it’s usually because the search works differently than expected.

🧠 How it works

The dropdown does not search by campaign name or campaign ID.

Instead, it only supports:

• Ad Set ID

• Ad Set name

🛠 What to try

• Search using an Ad Set ID that belongs to the campaign

• Search using the Ad Set name instead of the campaign name

• Confirm you selected the correct:

  • Ad account

  • Region / sheet

⚠️ Additional checks

• Make sure the campaign is not archived

• Archived campaigns may not appear in the dropdown

🔍 Still can’t find it?

1. Open the campaign in Meta Ads Manager

2. Copy an Ad Set ID from that campaign

3. Paste it into the dropdown search
