Overview
If some Facebook Pages don't appear when creating a new Launch sheet, the issue is usually due to the integration's Page mapping. Launch creates a mapping between ad accounts and Pages based on recent activity to reduce publishing mistakes. You can review and update this mapping in the Facebook integration settings.
How to fix it
Open your Facebook integration: Integrations > Facebook and click Edit.
For each ad account, click Manage Account.
Use Add, Remove or Refresh pages connection to update the mapping so the Pages you need are included.
Integration
Only the person who owns the Facebook integration can modify the mapping. If the owner is not available, ask them to add the Page, or provide the Page name or ID to Kitchn support so they can add it on your behalf.
Additional tips
Refresh the pages connection if you recently created or updated a Page.
Check that the ad account used in the Launch sheet has recent activity; mappings prioritize recently used Pages.
Contact support if the Page still doesn't appear after refreshing or if the integration owner is unavailable.
