Why is my Facebook Page not showing in the dropdown?

The most common cause is that the Facebook connection was created by someone who doesn't have the necessary permissions for your ad account, or you might not have the required authorization to access the profile in Ad Manager.

To fix this, you'll need to reconnect your Facebook integration:

  1. Go to your [Facebook Integrations](https://app.kitchnware.io/integrations/facebook) in Kitchn.

  2. Click on Re-connect

  3. When the Facebook pop-up opens, click on Edit Previous Settings.

  4. Select "Opt into all current and future pages" and make sure to enable this option at each step (Business Manager, Facebook Page, and Instagram Page).

This should resolve the authentication issue and restore your ability to create and modify ads.


🔄 Another possible cause: Page mapping configuration

We've updated a bit how facebook pages mapping works, this is a new safety layer to reduce the risk of publishing ads under the wrong Facebook/Instagram Page.

Launch now creates its own mapping between ad accounts and Pages based on recent activity (latest created ads).

This mapping is used to:

  • Prioritize the most relevant Pages when selecting one

  • Guide users toward the correct choice

  • Prevent mismatches in the launch sheet.


You can review and adjust this mapping directly in integration settings (add/remove Pages or refresh it). So now it's easier Only note is that right now this needs to be done by the person who owns the Facebook integration.

How to use it

  1. Go to your Facebook integration > Edit

  2. For each account, click Manage Account>

  3. Add, remove or refresh pages connection

Important

Only the owner of the Facebook integration can update this mapping.
