Ad Status Configuration Update
What’s changing
We’re updating how ad status (Active / Paused) is configured in Launch Sheets to make workflows clearer and more consistent.
Why this matters
This change helps:
Remove confusion between workflow status and ad delivery status
Keep Launch Sheets cleaner and easier to manage
Prepare the platform for upcoming features
What’s new
🔘 Initial Status is now set at the Launch Sheet level
Instead of selecting Active or Paused per ad-row:
You’ll now use a simple On / Off toggle in your Launch Sheet settings
On → Ads will be created Active
Off → Ads will be created Paused
Status column is now workflow-only

The Status column will now reflect only internal progress:
Draft
Publish edits
Launched
Error
👉 It no longer controls ad delivery
⚙️ Delivery status is centralized
Ad delivery (Active / Paused) is now controlled only via Initial Status
It is no longer editable per row
Where to find it
Go to:
Launch Sheet → Settings → Default Values → Initial Status
Important for existing Launch Sheets
If your Launch Sheet previously used row-level status:
Row-level status will be deprecated
New ads will default to Off (Paused)
Existing ads will not be affected
What this affects
✅ Applies only to new ads
❌ Does NOT affect ads already created
What you need to do
→ No action is required
However, you may want to:
Review your Initial Status setting
Adjust it before creating new ads if needed
