Pages & Ad Account Mapping
We introduced a new safety layer to reduce the risk of publishing ads under the wrong Facebook/Instagram Page.
Launch now creates its own mapping between ad accounts and Pages based on recent activity (latest created ads). This mapping is used to:
Prioritize the most relevant Pages when selecting one
Guide users toward the correct choice
Prevent mismatches in the launch sheet (useful for agencies using guest access)
You can review and adjust this mapping directly in integration settings (add/remove Pages or refresh it).
How to use it
Currently, this needs to be done by the person who connected the Facebook integration in Kitchn. If you don't have access, please reach out to support and an agent will help you.
Go to your Facebook integration → Edit
For each account, click Manage Account
Add, remove or refresh pages connection
This mapping is created by Kitchn and does not exist in Meta.
It does not modify your Meta Business Manager setup.
