How to Create and Use Ad Naming Templates (Step-by-Step)

1. Create a New Ad Naming Template

  1. Go to the Ad Naming Template section.

  2. Click “Create New Template.”

  3. Enter a template name.

  4. Select the ad platform


2. Define the Naming Structure

  1. Start adding the components (fields) that will make up your ad name.

  2. You can:

    • Use existing naming fields, or

    • Create a new field


3. Create a New Naming Field

  1. Click “Create New Field.”

  2. Enter a field name (e.g., Country2).

  3. Add options (values):

    • You can assign a label and a value

      • Example:

        • Label: Germany

        • Value in naming: DE

  4. Save the field.

4. Add Different Types of Fields

You can include different field types in your template:

  • Naming Fields (e.g., Country, Product)

  • Free Text (manual input)

5. Use Advanced Settings (Optional)

You can customize how values appear in the naming:

For a New Sheet:
