Why do I see “G Connect” when trying to upload assets?

Why you see "G-Connect"

The platform shows "G Connect" when the launch sheet's asset source is set to Google Drive. If your Google Drive account isn't connected, you'll be prompted to connect it before uploading.

How to fix it

  1. If you want to upload from Google Drive:

    • Click Connect and sign in with the Google account that has the assets.

  2. If Google Drive was selected by mistake:

    • Open the launch sheet and go to the top-right Settings.

    • Under General, find Asset source.

    • Select Local files to upload from your device or Dropbox if your files are there.

  3. When creating a new launch sheet:

    • Choose the correct asset source in the first step to avoid upload issues later.

Troubleshooting tips

  • After changing the asset source, try uploading again.

  • If you still can't upload, reconnect the chosen service or switch to Local files.

  • Contact support if problems persist.
