What are the limitations of the Individual plan regarding ad accounts, and what are the options if I need to manage multiple ad accounts?
For the Individual plan, only one ad account is supported per billing period. Once you launch ads for one ad account, you won't be able to launch ads for a different one until the next billing cycle.
After your free trial ends, you are locked to the first ad account you choose for the billing period and cannot switch to another ad account unless you upgrade.
If you need to manage multiple ad accounts, consider upgrading to the Team Plan or reaching out to sales@kitchn.io for custom add-ons within the same plan.
