Manage Subscription

You can update your subscription at any time from the Settings section of your account.

How to update your plan

1. Go to Settings

2. Click Subscription

3. Select Manage Plan

4. Click Update Subscription

5. Choose the plan you want to switch to

Your subscription will update once the new plan is selected.

⚠️ Important when downgrading your plan

If you are downgrading your subscription, make sure to review the users in your account first.

Plans have a maximum number of users, so before completing the downgrade:

• Remove any users you do not intend to keep

• Ensure only the users that should remain active are listed

Only the users included in the final list will retain access after the plan change.
