How do I change my email address?

You can securely change your email address from your user settings.

Where to find it

Go to:

Settings → Users

Open your user profile and click Change Email.

How it works

To change your email:

  1. Click Change Email

  2. Enter your new email address

  3. Confirm the change via the email sent to your current address

For security reasons, the confirmation email is sent to your current email address.
You must click the confirmation link to complete the change.

Security

  • You must be logged in to request an email change

  • A confirmation link is required

  • The confirmation link expires after 24 hours

  • The new email must be unique

Your email will not change unless the confirmation step is completed.

OAuth Users (Google / Facebook)

If you signed in using Google or Facebook, you cannot change your email inside Kitchn.

Your email is managed by your authentication provider.
To update it, please change it directly in your Google or Facebook account settings.

Troubleshooting

If you did not receive the confirmation email:

  • Check your spam folder

  • Make sure you entered the correct new email

  • Try requesting the change again

If the confirmation link has expired, simply restart the process.
